Idea

We create a self-propelled construction 3D printer and mobile mixing solution from local raw materials. Our printer is composed of a crawler chassis, a hydraulic lift and a 7m telescopic boom. Thus, we will be able to build buildings of unlimited sizes in the plan, in parts, as bricklayers do now. The maximum height is 5 meters (the height can be increased, the design of the elevator allows it).
The mobile mixer produces a mixture of natural moisture sand, cement and chemical additives. This will make it possible to reduce the cost of the material obtained.

Current Status

Stage of the project.
Mechanics: Crawler chassis with hydraulic lift and slicer boom length 4 meters 90 percent readiness.
Electronics. The process of desoldering 2 versions of electronic boards has been developed. 90%
Software: based on open sources.

In developed countries, there is a shortage of qualified bricklayers, and this trend is accelerating. The work of a bricklayer is very hard, young people do not want to receive this specialty, despite the fairly good salaries.
